We are planning our first and fantastic Farm to Table Dinner with the National Museum of Dance on Tuesday, August 26th. This will be a spectacular event!
Some Highlights of the Evening:
*Four-Course Meal will be prepared using farm fresh and artisan products from the Spa City Farmers' Market. Dinner will be served alfresco on the beautiful veranda at the National Museum of Dance.
*Meet and Greet our farmers and artisans.
* Tour of the National Museum of Dance.
*Live music throughout the evening.
*Local wine tasting.
*Local Art Display.

This is going to be a spectacular evening. Here are a few highlights:
Four-course meal using local food from our farms and small businesses, (main meal prepared by our talented guest chefs, Jude & Reuben of *Vital Eats,) wine tasting, performances by Shakespearean actors of the *Adirondack Shakespeare Company*, local art display, live music by Rich Thomas, and lots more! All this inside the elegant National Museum of Dance main hall.

We're very excited to announce that we will be having our third Farm to Table dinner with the National Museum of Dance on Tuesday, July 28, from 6-9pm! A percentage of proceeds from this farm to table dinner will be donated to the *Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.*
This will be an outdoor event on the lawn on the National Museum of Dance. Our featured guest chef for the event is *Mary Song, Of Healthy Gourmet Kitchen.* Mary is currently working up a delicious, unique, and healthy food menu, featuring products and produce from the Spa City Farmers' Market farmers and food artisans. A vegetarian option will be offered as well. We will have wine from Oliva Vineyards, and Galway Rock Winery, Craft beer from Chatham Brewing, live local music, local art display, tour of the Museum of Dance and great company. More details will be announced in the coming weeks.
Our farmer representatives at the table with you, will be Dave & Meg, of *Malta Ridge Orchard & Gardens, and Mike & Jen, of *Echo Creek Farm.
